We offer professional Training Courses & Seminars for those involved in Property Investment and Management.

The Specialist Workshops we currently offer are as follows:

* LHA/ Housing Benefit training for landlords

Due to demand we will be releasing the following workshops at a future date:

* Landlord & tenancy training

* Property trading, doing deals & ethically dealing with repossessions as a professional investor

All courses run on Sundays from 10am till 4pm with a question & answer session from 4pm until 530pm, then informal drinks in the hotel bar with the Paul Galbraith (course tutor) where he will be available to answer any outstanding queries.

All attendees receive a 100+ page course manual, with a bonus CD which includes template letters & a very comprehensive resource section that provides the tools to allow people to self-educate & stay up to date with changing legislation.
